Composed in 1736, Alexander’s Feast takes that honour and you can hear it at Spiritus Chamber Choir’s upcoming concert. This popular Oratorio is being performed at baroque pitch (A=415) on period instruments by Rosa Barocca, Alberta’s newest baroque orchestra. Rounded out by a Baroque harp performance of Handel’s famous Harp Concerto, the concert will be a treat to hear.
