An edge of your seat, fringe festival smash-hit, Cloudsway Dance Theatre brings 8 Bit: The Video Game Dance Show to Calgary and you can win your way in!

Go on a wild ride through some of the most iconic video games from Pong to Mario to Fortnight as the good, the bad, and the ugly parts of the gamer community are highlighted.

When a science experiment goes wrong, two brothers get trapped in a killer video game, and they need to dance for their lives. Mark Kunji Ikeda and Richard Lee team up for this original performance that combines narrative and dance to create a laugh-out-loud show that’s athletic and inventive.

“This show isn’t just all fun and games,” says Ikeda in a statement. “We are wrapping in conversations about teamwork, anger management, and gender politics in the gaming community.”

8 Bit: The Video Game Dance Show runs April 18 to 28, 2019 at the West Village Theatre (2007 10th Ave. SW). Tickets start at $25 and you can pay-what-you-will at the door on April 18, 23, and 24.

Enter before noon on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 for your chance to win a pair of tickets to any night of the run.
