Early Music Voices celebrates its 20th anniversary season with an afternoon of early baroque vocal and chamber music from Italy and beyond.

Featuring Calgary’s new String Theory Music Collective, the concert is rounded out by the singers of VoiceScapes and soprano Katherine Hill. Filled with vocal music by Luzzaschi, Monteverdi, Schütz, and Jacopo Peri, the afternoon includes Mascitti’s Sonata XII on the story of Cupid and Psyche.

The concert takes place at 3:00pm on October 28, 2018 at Christ Church Elbow Park (3602 8th St. SW) with a pre-concert talk starting at 2:30pm.
