Calgary’s professional chamber choir adds a touch of colour to an upcoming symposium and you can win your way in! Join Luminous Voices for its season opener featuring Malcolm Forsyth’s wonderfully colourful work, Hesperides.

Written for a mixed choir and two harps, Hesperides set to suggestive poetry on the universal topic of love. Luminous Voices is joined by harpists Gianetta Baril and Scott Ross-Molyneux as it rounds out the concert with works from Swedish composer Sven-David Sandström, Fauré, Holst, and Swiss composer Antognini as well as Canadian Leonard Enns.

The afternoon also sees the premiere of a new work by Ross-Molyneux for choir and harp.

Catch Nymphs of the West at 3:00pm on October 20, 2019 at the Bella Concert Hall, Mount Royal University (18 Mount Royal Circle SW).

Enter before noon on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 for your chance to win a pair of tickets.
