Nase Divadlo Calgary
Naše Divadlo Calgary is a not-for-profit theatre and entertainment organization bringing Central European stories to Canadian stages in an open, accessible, and engaging way. Our work is rooted in Czech and Slovak theatrical traditions, including Czech amateur theatre, recognized by UNESCO as part of the world’s intangible cultural heritage.
We present our productions with English subtitles, inviting diverse audiences to fully experience the language, humour, and emotional depth of these stories. By blending heritage with contemporary performance, we aim to build cultural bridges and create a shared space where theatre connects communities across languages and borders.
