January 26, 2022 Original Peoples Investment Program The Original Peoples Investment Program supports the preservation and revitalization of First Nations, Métis, and Inuit (FNMI) art through art-based projects that are supported and validated by FNMI artists, community, Elders, and Knowledge Keepers. We recognize and support both traditional and contemporary Indigenous artists and arts practices. In 2021, we received 55 applications requesting a total of $835,694.16 and were able to support 38 applications for a total of $549,996.
