North Haven — South Nose Hill Entrance Mural

This project will contract an Indigenous artist to design a mural referencing the Indigenous history of Nose Hill and install is at the pedestrian tunnel entrance to the community.

With a theme of whimsey, joy, beauty and hope, artist Billie Rae Busby created a mural in his signature abstract landscape style. Busby developed her design by interviewing staff at the nearby Stanley Jones School.

Mount Pleasant Community Engagement Mural

Through a social media and poster campaign, Mount Pleasant residents sent their input on what they love about their community. Artist Conz took this feedback to create a mural of community members of all ages coming together in local parts and nature.
