The board and staff of Mountain Standard Time Performative Art are pleased to invite society members and the interested public to our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, July 3, 6 – 8pm (MT). The AGM will take place on Zoom. Please let us know if you require any accommodations to participate. Please use this link to RSVP.
You will receive an email with the Zoom Meeting link and password before the meeting. Additional information will be sent out before the meeting: draft audited financial statements, staff and board reports, and minutes from the 2023 AGM.
Please note voting rights are reserved for members in good standing with the Society only. However annual membership can be purchased/renewed by anyone for a donation of $1. You can renew your membership before the meeting at Canada Helps.

We are also accepting Expressions of Interest from individuals who want to volunteer as Board Directors in the upcoming year until June 24, 2024. Expressions of interest can also be submitted as part of the registration form.
