Call for Volunteers, Educational Programs
Contemporary Calgary

We are looking for a variety of enthusiastic volunteers with different levels of expertise and experience to support the delivery of our educational programs including Contemporary Kids.
You will be helping out during our onsite educational programs that invite children to learn about modern and contemporary art through unique and engaging art activities at no cost. You will be spending time with children ages 5 – 12, each accompanied by one guardian. The maximum group size is 40 children.
Contemporary Calgary will provide an excellent volunteer experience plus the training and support required.
All those interested in the arts, arts education and/or children’s art-making workshops are encouraged to apply.
Availability Required
- Informal Group Interviews: week commencing 29 July (date & time tbc).
- Orientation & Training: week commencing 29 July (date & time tbc).
- Programming: workshops usually take place on Sundays and school tours on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
