The YMCA Calgary offers two inspiring theatres for rent at affordable rates, set within beautiful facilities.

Starting in February 2025, The YMCA Calgary will be staggering the booking of the theatres by group and length of time.
The upcoming season available for rental includes September 1, 2025 – August 31, 2026.
Booking for this season will start in February 2025, where priority will be given to performing arts events lasting four or more consecutive days. In March, we will open bookings for all performing arts events lasting 3 or more days, and then it will continue until the theatre is open for all bookings in June.
Priority Booking for 2025/2026 Season:
- February 2025: 4+ consecutive days
- March 2025: 3+ consecutive days
- April 2025: 2+ consecutive days
- May 2025: 1+ consecutive days
- June 2025: Open to everyone
