Introduction
During the COVID lockdown, the arts community came together across Turtle Island to slow down and have listening conversations about inclusion, equity, diversity, accessibility, and belonging. Since returning to in-person work, there has been a tension to return to “work as usual” and bring un/re-learnings forward into action. This online webinar on Cultivating Space for Change is intended to open up space for how we each can and do contribute to change.
Webinar Topics
After locating ourselves with the land and water, we will explore the following:
- Why change is difficult / and when so much change is happening
- Who is doing change work and why it matters
- How understanding ourselves can contribute to change
- Why we need each other to make change happen
- What making space for change may look and feel like
- How we care for ourselves and each other through change
