Public Art Review Workshop

On Monday, September 24, 2018, The City of Calgary invites members of the arts community to participate in a discussion on the review of the Public Art program.

Helena Grdadolnik, Director of Workshop Architecture, is hosting this facilitated session, to enhance understanding of the review process as well as gather feedback. Grdadolnik is the lead consultant on the public art review process.

Feedback topics will include:

  • Purpose of Public Art.
  • Artist selection process.
  • Engagement methods.
  • The guiding principles (The Public Art Policy).

The agenda will include a brief presentation on the above topics followed by a facilitated workshop.

Refreshments will be provided.
