Small Experiments Grant Program

Calgary Arts Development is pleased to announce updated guidelines for 2017’s Small Experiments Grant Program. The application process will be open as of Tuesday, October 3 through our online grant interface.

The goal of this program is to provide support for those looking to take control of their own learning processes to develop new approaches to challenges and opportunities relevant to the work they do in the arts.

We acknowledge that the land we gather on, Mohkinsstsis, is the ancestral territory of the Siksikaitsitapi — the Blackfoot people — comprising the Siksika, Kainai and Piikani Nations, as well as Treaty 7 signatories, the Tsuut’ina Nation and the Îyârhe Nakoda Bearspaw, Chiniki and Goodstoney First Nations. Today this land is home to the Metis Nations 5 and 6 as well as many First Nations and Inuit peoples from across Turtle Island.
