Thank you for helping in the distribution of the 2023 Calgary Arts Professionals Survey. Below, you will find templates and images to help you spread the word across social media, your newsletter or in conversation.

Encouraging more arts professionals to complete the survey helps us create the most accurate picture of what life is like for those working as artists, arts professionals and arts educators in our community.

The first Calgary Arts Professionals Survey was released in 2014 and provided a series of insights into the lives of artists, arts administrators and arts educators. It was updated in a 2017 edition of the survey and the 2020 edition of the survey.

The 2023 survey again asks arts professionals about issues related to their career path, access to space and resources, health and wellness, housing and perceptions of Calgary as well as how COVID-19 has impacted the lives of these arts professionals. The anonymous survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete and provides critical information about those working in the arts sector. Survey results will be used to help inform future arts development activities in Calgary.

Below are a variety of ideas and social media assets to help get you started in connecting arts professionals to the survey tool.
