Affirming Leaders Day

Affirming Leaders Day is an annual professional development event for leaders on emerging issues in 2SLGBTQIA+ and faith intersections.
This year’s guests include:
- Rev. Yolanda Norton, the creator of Beyoncé Mass, a movement that’s reimagining worship and images of god through a womanist, anti-oppression lens
- Brook Tate, artist and theatre maker
- Sumit Munjal, Programming Manager, Calgary Pride
- Victoria Bucholtz, university instructor, EDI consultant, performer
- Shane Onyou, drag artist (King), activist
- Naomi Davis, Literary Agent, activist
