African Dance Workshop
Improve strength, flexibility, coordination and control while experiencing the interaction between rhythm and motion by getting the whole body moving! Participants can expect a variety of lively current African rhythms from Nigeria, Congo, Ghana and Ivory Coast. It’s time to dance to the rhythms of the world!
