Submission Process
Email all three pages of your completed Application/Contract anytime before the submission deadline (incomplete submissions will not be processed). You will be notified by email if your work is juried into our show. Accepted artists are required to submit their participation fee within two weeks to secure their tentative spot.
Beacon Original Art strives to curate a unique and diverse exhibition to continually engage our art enthusiasts. Applications are reviewed on a first come, first-served rolling basis and artists are notified of their participation as we build each new show. Thus, based on our process artists are notified of their admission within one-to-six weeks.

Fee Structure
Accepted artists will pay a non-refundable participation fee of $100. Beacon Original Art will retain 20% of each artist’s total sales.
At the discretion of Beacon Original Art, only outdoor tent artists’ participation fees will be refunded in the case of extreme weather.
Included in your Fee
Floor Easel Artists will receive four single sides with adjustable shelves, which hold approximately eight pieces (24×24″). Most often three sides of your easels will be side by side with your fourth in a separate location. You can bring four additional artworks to place on tables or gridwall in our shared display space. Your work must be framed or on gallery canvas, with “profile” edge (1.5/8″), and wired for hanging.
Table Artists will receive a single 5′ round or 8′ rectangular table.
Outdoor Tent Artists space is designed for self-sufficient artists with their own pop-up tent and set-up supplies.
