Art in Public Places

The Town of Stony Plain is pleased to announce a competition for three-dimensional artwork(s) as part of the Town of Stony Plain Art in Public Places Program. The selected work will be permanently installed sitting upon the seat of the existing bench(es) located outside of the Stony Plain Public Library entrance. Individual artists and artist teams with prior experience with public art installations are eligible to apply.
The work can be a new creation or an installation-ready piece. There are no specified design or media requirements, however, the Work must adhere to the design parameters outlined in the RFP.
