Embark on a magical journey with us as we invite performers from Calgary and beyond to audition for our upcoming production of Into the Woods!
Audition Details
All auditioners are asked to prepare:
- One song that you love to sing, approximately 1 – 1:30 minutes long (please do not sing a selection from the show).
Secure your audition slot through the link below:
- May 13, 15, 17 & 18, 2024, 7 – 10pm
- May 18, 2024, 1 – 5pm
Callbacks: Saturday, May 25, 2024, 1 – 6pm
Auditions and callbacks will be held in person at the Morpheus Rehearsal Centre.
*All auditioners must be aged 15+ for this production*

About the Show
The Brothers Grimm hit the stage with an epic fairy-tale about wishes, family, and the choices we make.
Follow a Baker and his wife, who wish to have a child; Cinderella, who wishes to attend the King’s Festival; and Jack, who wishes his cow would give milk, on a journey to break a curse, find a better life, and provide for a family. With a cast full of storybook characters, they will learn that what you wish may not be worth what you get, and that even the best of actions have their consequences.
James Lapine and Stephen Sondheim take everyone’s favorite storybook characters and bring them together for a timeless, yet relevant, piece of theatre. The Tony Award-winning book and score are both enchanting and touching.
