Spiritus Chamber Choir
Spiritus Chamber Choir seeks outstanding singers who love choral singing and are committed to high level vocal collaboration and music making.
We welcome singers who have:
- Experience in choral ensembles, demonstrating adaptable and well-rounded musicianship
- Ability to sing independently among close harmonies (1 or 2 voices per part)
- Healthy vocal production, including flexibility in vocal colour
- Musical literacy skills (ex. sight singing)
- Flexibility to learn a variety of repertoire in different languages
- Dependability and collegiality
- Ability to contribute successfully to the ensemble, to support ensemble unity, and to foster belonging in the Spiritus community
Applicants do not need to have completed a music degree but should have achieved a high (professional or near professional) level of performance through experience, education, or a combination of these.

If you are not available to audition June 17 – 19, a final round of auditions will be held on July 15 & 16. Please email bharvie@spirituschamberchoir.ca and copy aciona@spirituschamberchoir.ca to request a July audition time.
