Open auditions for all roles will take place:
- Monday October 21, 2024 (7 to 9pm)
- Tuesday October 22, 2024 (7 to 9pm)
- Wednesday October 23, 2024 (7 to 9pm)
Callbacks if required, will be on Monday October 28, 2024 (7 to 9pm).
Audition Requirements:
- Auditions for Steel Magnolias will take place In-person in ten minute time-slots.
- Please prepare a short monologue (approximately 2 minutes long).
- You may be asked for a cold read.
- Auditioners are asked to complete an online audition form, with an acting resume and headshot.
- Selected auditioners will be requested to attend an in-person callback to read with other performers and improvise in a Southern American Accent.
Rehearsal and Performance Requirements
Rehearsals will be Tuesday/Thursday evenings from 7 to 10pm and Sunday afternoons from 1 to 5pm starting November 3, 2024.
