Backstage Crew Volunteers
Untold Stories Theatre is seeking crew members from Calgary and the surrounding area with all backgrounds and experience levels to submit for our production, The Wind in the Willows, directed by Jason Bakaas and Gad Gijon.
We are seeking to fill the roles of:
- Alternate stage manager (required April 14, 15, 19, 2022)
- Assistant stage manager(s)
- Running crew
- Sound operator
Untold Stories Theatre operates on a volunteer basis and can not offer any monetary compensation.
Production Dates
Rehearsals: January 4 – April 7, 2022*
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 7:00 – 10:00pm
Sundays: 1:00 – 5:00pm
*We ask that assistant stage managers begin attending rehearsals as soon as possible, running crew must be available to start coming to rehearsal no later than April 3, 2022. Sound operators will not be required until tech week.
Tech Days: April 10 – 13, 2022*
Sunday: 10:00am – 10:00pm
Monday: Wednesday: 6:00 – 11:00pm
* All crew members will be required for all tech days.
Shows: April 14 – 23, 2022*
Weekdays & Saturdays: 7:00pm
Saturdays & Sundays: 2:00pm
* All crew members will be required for all shows.
