Black Arts Development (BAD) Program
Second Cohort
Woezo Africa Music & Dance Theatre Inc. has created a space for African, Caribbean, and Black citizens in our community to tell their stories through script writing and acting.
We are excited to bring to you the second cohort of the Black Arts Development (BAD) Program for ages 30 and over.
The BAD Program focuses on creating spaces for Black artists by supporting professional and emerging artists to learn, grow, and show their art. The BAD Program was created and designed with Black artists in mind by providing emerging artists the tools and practical knowledge to take the next step in their artistic journey.
We invite the community members regardless of their level of arts training into our programs. The second cohort is open to 30 years and over. Enrollment opens now for acting and script writing workshops starting on August 7 and 21, 2021.
