Black Kid Joy is a free two-week immersive program (July 20 to July 31, 2020) for Black youth ages 13 to 19. In the program, Black youth will learn and explore Black culture, heritage and pride through the arts. Youth will work in small teams with a professional artist mentor on projects which will be showcased in September 2020. Youth are paid for their participation in the showcase, which will be freely available to the public.
