Sketchbook Binding Event
Treat your shelf to a handmade sketchbook or give one as a gift! In this step-by-step tutorial, AP staff will guide you through a basic Japanese Stab binding technique to make your own sketchbook/notebook.
You will even have the freedom to choose from a selection of fabrics for your cover! Best of all, if you want to make more, materials will be available for purchase. Register you and a pal for a discount!
No previous experience necessary!
Event Details
Two separate events:
- Wednesday, December 6, 2023, 6:30 – 9pm
- Saturday December 9, 2023, 1 – 3:30pm
The event will include:
- A directed book-binding session.
- A selection of fabric to choose from for covers.
- The option to buy more materials to make additional sketchbooks.
