Box Office & Facility Administrator

StoryBook Theatre is currently seeking applicants for a full-time employee to join our team as our box office & facility administrator.‌

Responsibilities

Admin will report to the artistic producer.

Duties include:

  • Booking tickets, rooms and resources for patrons
  • Manage ticketing services and operations during shows
  • Provide facility support for tenants and patrons utilizing the facility
  • Provide administrative support to the organization

Qualifications

The ideal candidates would possess many, if not all, of the qualifications listed below. StoryBook is a learning environment and is looking for a candidate willing to grow with a base understanding of its demands and the skills required.

  • Minimum of two years of relevant or equivalent experience in administration
  • High level of personal organization and planning
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must work well in a team setting

Hours: Tuesdays through Saturdays, 1 to 9pm
Compensation: This is an hourly position with a starting rate of $22/hr.

The position will remain open until a suitable candidate is found.

Start Date: We are looking to begin onboarding as early as June 2023
