Alanna is the founder and author of Carry You With Me. Combining her love of art and writing, the Carry You With Me storybook is a personal journey of a mother’s loss, healing and hope. Carry You With Me is Alanna’s first published story, with the intention to bring light to the difficult journey of pregnancy, infant and child loss. Connecting with others from the heart and simple family joys are her ever-evolving passions. Alanna lives in Mountain View County, Canada, with her son, daughter and husband where she remains curious and energized by all the great stories in life.

Stacey Walyuchow is a mixed media collage artist in Calgary. A lover of art her entire life, she didn’t begin a full time practice until 2017. Having anxiety and depression and a bad case of post partum depression, Stacey clung to her faith and art to carry her through. Her works are based on inspiring or impactful situations: Visions that reflect a sensation of indisputability and serene contemplation, combined with subtle details of odd or eccentric, ironic elements. By choosing mainly formal solutions, she wants the viewer to become part of the art as a kind of added component. Art is entertainment: To be able to touch the work, as well as to interact with the work is important. Art is therapy: To be able to share the process and provide an alternative method of healing is important.
