What Does the Job Entail?
- Provide detailed above and below grade measurements for clients.
- Create schematic diagrams and RMS calculations for clients following RECA guidelines.
- Measurements in non RMS areas.
- Inputting dimensions on site to draft an RMS compliant outline.
- Determine RMS above grade floor areas as well as developed and undeveloped floor areas of below grade levels.
- Collaborate with team to create finished product with tight turn-around times.
What do You Need to Know?
- RECA guidelines for property measurement.
- Proficient in measurements in above grade and below grade levels.
- Knowledge and application of the Residential Measurement Standard for Alberta.
