Alberta Printmakers (A/P) is seeking volunteer support to help run our upcoming casino fundraiser at Cowboys Casino on Tuesday July 23 and Wednesday July 24, 2024.
Please note that these dates are after the Calgary Stampede.
About Alberta Printmakers (A/P)
A/P is a non-profit, artist run centre that cultivates an inclusive and collaborative environment to learn about printmaking, to create and exhibit contemporary print based media, and to pursue exciting artistic opportunities. We do this through our gallery & studio, and our wide community programming.
About the Casino Fundraiser
This program is among our main sources of funding, providing vital support to sustaining A/P operations and programming. If you are able and available, sharing your time for a short while will make a HUGE difference!
Available positions include:
- Chip runners (both day and night shifts) and count room staff (night shifts only) are available positions for anyone looking to volunteer.
- Bankers, cashiers, general manager and count room supervisors are available positions for current A/P members.
No experience is needed and casino advisors will be on site to help you. All volunteers must be 18+ and have a valid ID with them during their volunteer shift.
