Most Imaginary Costumes

Most Imaginary Costumes, Community Engagement Project

Project Dates: October 1 – 31, 2023Fee: $1,500Design Budget: $500

Inside Out Theatre and Quest School are partnering for Most Imaginary Costumes, where professional designers will collaborate with kids with disabilities to make their wildest costume ideas come to life!

Most Imaginary Costumes is a community event connected to Most Imaginary Worlds, a new TYA play by Inside Out and Quest Theatre (no relation to Quest School).

One elementary, one Junior High, and one High School student will be chosen via random draw and paired with a designer. The designers and Inside Out staff will visit the school in early October to dream and scheme up the Halloween costume of their dreams!

The designers will then build the costumes, with support from Inside Out staff.

On Halloween, Wednesday October 31, 2023, the designers and Inside Out staff will return to the school with the costumes, with a school wide party, photo shoot, and costume parade to follow!
