Indigenous Dancer/ Performer

Wild Mint Arts is seeking an Indigenous performer for a new production. The production is dance-for-young-audiences based in storytelling.

Skills (not mandatory but preferred):

  • Theatre experience.
  • Some dance background (Powwow, contemporary, hip hop, or any other dance styles).
  • Comfortable using voice on stage.
  • Some experience necessary (at least one on-stage/public performance).
  • Must have passport and ability to travel to the United States.

Must be available in 2020:

  • March 10 to 28, 2020 for production development and rehearsals, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
  • April 7, 14, 30, May 5, 7 and 9, 2020 for rehearsals 5:00 to 8:00pm (TBD upon availability).
  • May 10 to 16, 2020 tour in California.
  • May 18 to20, 2020, rehearsals, 5:00 to 8:00pm.
  • May 21 – 23, 2020, 9:00am to 4:00pm, performances in Calgary.
