Who
Design Talks Institute (d.talks) hosts conversations about design in our city. We will curate and produce Design Week Calgary’s program for 2025.
What
We are launching a Design Week for Calgary for 2025. It’s a new initiative for our city, this will be a festival dedicated to showcasing and celebrating the exceptional talent within Calgary’s Design community. Created by designers, for designers, this event opens the door to our creative world, inviting the public to join us in appreciation and discovery. We see design as a unified economic force, driving innovation and fueling growth in our city, and we’re here to honour and amplify its impact.
When
Design Week 2025 will be a condensed week running August 7 – 9, 2025.
How
d.talks will produce five events as part of Design Week, all to be hosted at Contemporary Calgary. We will also promote, market and include up to 15 additional events and activations throughout the greater downtown core as part of Design Week’s offerings. Entering an idea is easy, simply head to our Design Week Calgary website and fill out the form. Our programming team will be in touch!
