Lullaland is a women-owned startup offering Canada’s first-ever sensory adventure classes for babies, toddlers and their grownups! Our immersive weekly experiences transport little ones to imaginative destinations that change every week – ensuring that families always enjoy something fresh, fun and exciting.

Lullaland has already captured the hearts of families in Winnipeg and Ottawa, and now, we’re bringing our one-of-a-kind sensory adventure classes to Calgary! Who we’re looking for
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, engaging and energetic Lullaland Leader to deliver unforgettable experiences in our weekly classes. If you love working with young children, enjoy singing and performing, and can manage a dynamic environment with confidence and warmth — we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Availability to work a minimum of 2 days a week (approx. 6-hour shifts).
- Lead & Perform: Take center stage by guiding babies, toddlers, and their grownups through interactive sensory adventures. Bring stories to life with enthusiasm, movement and song.
- Engage & Connect: Build relationships with families, creating a welcoming and joyful atmosphere where everyone feels included.
- Set the Stage: Assist with the set-up and teardown of class spaces, ensuring a clean, organized and safe environment for all.
- Sing & Entertain: A strong singing voice is a big plus! No formal training needed, but you should be comfortable leading songs with confidence.
- Direct & Manage: Provide clear guidance to class assistants, ensuring smooth transitions and an immersive experience for all.
- Has access to reliable transportation – the successful candidate must be able to work at any one of our city-wide locations.
