Ages: 18+

One Voice Chorus is seeking two contemporary dancers for a multidisciplinary concert that explores the process of reconciliation between heart & mind as an individual heals following childhood trauma. This call is open to dancers of any gender and background, age 18+.

Show length: 45-60 min.

Repertoire: 10 pieces of choral music + spoken word elements interspersed, all choreographed & performed by the dancers.

Commitment:

  • Ongoing consultation with artistic director from February 15 (contract start) through May 19, 2024 (contract end)
  • Three two-hour rehearsals with the choir on the following Mondays: April 29, May 6, and May 13, 2024
  • One all-day tech rehearsal on Saturday, May 18, 2024
  • Two daytime concerts on Sunday, May 19, 2024

Compensation: $625
