Contract Arts Administrator/Bookkeeper

Salary: $7,560 annually (part-time/contract)
Estimated time commitment: 1 – 2 days/month off season (Feb – Aug) and 1 – 2 days/week during the production season (Sept – Jan)
Work from home or drop into our office location: Kahanoff Centre, 105 12 Ave. SE, Calgary.
We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented, and collaborative arts administrator/bookkeeper to join our team. As a key member of the administrative team, you will report directly to the board of directors and work closely with the co-artistic directors/general managers, contracted artists, members of the ADT community, and the public.
The arts administrator/bookkeeper helps support the organization in a wide range of financial, accounting, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is very well organized, a good communicator, results-oriented, and has demonstrated experience in the nonprofit, charitable sector.
