Creative Wellness Program
An arts-based workshop series, co-facilitated and co-created with artists Michelle Dyer (Art Therapist) and Paula Timm. Help your brain stay young, help calm your nervous system, improve self-care, and self compassion practice.
Over the eight-week online program experience creativity, mindfulness and gathering while connecting over creativity, writing, and discussions.
It’s for anyone who would like to cultivate gratitude, practice mindfulness, and find soothing self-supportive habits, and community. All genders are welcome!

- Monday evenings
- Online 6:00 – 8:00pm
