The Opportunity

The Okotoks Art Gallery and Museum has an exciting opportunity for a culture & heritage representative to join its team. The success candidate will provide customer service and administrative support at the Okotoks Art Gallery, handle financial transactions and provide visitors information on things such as events, local businesses, culture, history, activities, facility bookings and more. They will also maintain databases and record management and may assist with some social media promotion initiatives.

This position is non-permanent position working up to 40 hours. We anticipate higher hours during the summer months and less for the remainder of the year. Applicants must be prepared to work varying days, including weekends.

What You Bring:

  • Exceptional Customer Service
  • One or more years, directly/indirectly related work experience representing continuous learning
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
