Salary: $45,000 – $55,000/year
Join our team! ATP is looking for a dynamic front of house manager to oversee front-of-house operations and enhance the patron experience!
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, event, or venue management
- Experience leading a team (staff and/or volunteers)
- Comfortable managing budgets, schedules, and day-to-day logistics
- Proven ability to generate revenue through hospitality, sales, or guest engagement
- ProServe and First Aid certified (or willing to complete)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Spektrix is a bonus
- You’re flexible—able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- You’re legally eligible to work in Canada and able to pass a background and credit check
