In this guided session, Jenn will lead you through various art techniques designed to help you explore emotions, memories and experiences. You’ll be encouraged to use art as a tool for self-expression, reflection and connection. Whether you’re a seasoned artist or a complete beginner, this workshop offers a supportive space to tap into your creative potential and discover new forms of personal expression.
