Once again the third Tuesday of the month is upon us, which means it’s time to learn something new and interact with both up-and-coming and established songwriters and artists alike at Canada’s largest independent songwriter group: The Calgary Songsmiths!

Topic: 7pm — The Calgary Songsmiths are excited to welcome our good friends, Stephanie Hutchinson (Chronograph Records) and Scott Morin (Mascot Music) to discuss the basics of grant writing and some tips and tricks on how to boost your music career with some much-needed dollars!
Open Mic round: 7:30pm — Stick around for our one-song-each open mic and share your latest original tune. First come, first serve.
Homework — (optional): October is the spooky season. Write about something that scares you for 1B Chard points (meaningless, coveted nonetheless)…
