Call to Mural Artists
Novice and advanced artists encouraged to apply, there is potential for collaboration with other mural artist applicants.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with other artists and community members to revitalize a block in central east Calgary. Selected artist(s) will design murals and possibly pavement painting on 32nd Street SE (between 17th and 19th Ave. SE).
You will work with other artists who will be designing custom light and statue elements for exciting collaboration. Also, preliminary community engagement has already been conducted, so you can be guided by the findings and get input from our steering committee.
