Come join us at Arcade for a fun and creative event where you can learn the art of sign painting from the talented Christopher Rouleau.
This full-day workshop teaches the fundamentals of traditional sign painting. Participants will learn about best practices, sign painting tools, and have the opportunity to paint up to four styles of alphabet using water-based paint, with a demonstration on how to use professional enamel paint. All materials are provided, and all participants will take home their own brushes and 10-page sign painting workbook.

Christopher Rouleau is an independent graphic designer and lettering artist in Toronto. Along with his full-time freelance work, he is also a public speaker, lettering instructor, and published author. He attended the Alberta College of Art & Design, and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Calgary. He holds a Communication Arts Award of Excellence in Typography. He is also an instructor for the online tutorial website, Domestika.
