Learn to draw! Have you ever wanted to improve your drawing skills?
In these condensed two hour classes you will get practical knowledge of how and where to draw the lines. We will explore the tips and tricks of the trade to compose interesting drawings with accurate proportions.
You will learn to depict and shade basic forms and small still life properly and what artists do to create the illusion of depth on a 2D surface. You will learn a variety of ways to measure as to employ basic perspective.
You will learn how to see like an artist and replicate and represent your subject matter realistically.
This course will open up powerful new opportunities to express yourself confidently with a variety of drawing materials.
Students are recommended to complete some homework and finish assignments outside the classroom.
Students are encouraged to complete Drawing Foundations 2 in order to receive their drawing fundamentals certificate
Level: Beginner, no experience necessary, all ages welcome.
