Date: November 17, 2024
Time: 1pm

This event takes the place of our monthly Wellness Meetup

Calling visual artists, musicians, writers, and creatives to participate in a conversation that improves mental health literacy for yourself and those in your life!

Elephant Artist Relief Society (EAR) is combining forces for the holiday season with the Perlin Foundation for Wellbeing (PFW) and our Studio-E meetup! This special online gathering happens this Sunday, 17 November, 2024 at 1pm and runs for two hours.

For more information and to register visit Mental Health and Wellbeing for Artists – CanadaHelps.

The hosts for the afternoon are Jill Armstrong of EAR and Stacey Perlin of PFW.

Acknowledging that a mental health challenge has impacted your quality of life or your art is a process and a way to strengthen your connection to yourself.

These conversations help validate our processes and work to support a sense of belonging. You are warmly invited to join our ongoing monthly conversation around art, mental health, disability, and more. Our group operates with an accountability focus, working on shared themes each month.
