- Parking stalls, should you want/need one is $250/month.
- Must have City of Calgary business license, insurance, and any other legal obligations needed for your business to operate.
- Must sign legal sublease agreement.
- To do a sublease is a non-refundable $500 admin fee with landlords.
Other office space is being used by two female photographers.
