We are hiring Canadian youth aged 16 to 30 for an intensive summer training and performance program.

Ontario Musicians Cooperative Inc. (OMCI) is a not for profit arts service organization dedicated to supporting musicians of all-levels as they build sustainable careers. If you would like to learn more about our mandate, visit ontariomusicians.com.

OMCI has a significant number of youth employment positions this summer and is excited to be hiring over 200 youth for roles as musicians, graphic designers, audio and video producers, technicians, administration, marketing, and communications. Our mandate is inclusive of all—our membership and the community we serve is a diverse population including people with disabilities, women, people of colour, the LGBTQ2IA+ community, rural and low-income participants, and Indigenous artists.

All applications must be submitted through the applicant tracking system, unless the applicant is unable to access the internet due to their geographic or socio-economic circumstances.

Content Creation Team:

  • Content creators including photo, video and audio production, social media, marketing, animation, editing, and more.
  • Business manager, content creation.
  • Distribution team (includes festivals/events).
  • Admin support roles in content creation.

Administrative & Technical Support Team:

  • Finance (payable and receivable clerks).
  • Membership services, customer service representative.
  • Grant/report writing, public relations, sponsorship.
  • Regional development officers.
  • IT team (network, cloud, web) and help desk.
  • Professional development, administrative assistant.
  • Public education ambassadors.
