Part-Time Vocal Instructor/ Music Director

Music and Play is looking to immediately add an energetic and experienced vocal instructor/musical director to our theatre arts team.
The successful candidate will be proficient in voice instruction and have experience instructing students aged five to 18. The Instructor will collaborate with other theatre arts faculty in the delivery our musical theatre programs—with a key focus on the production of the musical Frozen Jr. for our year-end project.
This is a part-time after school position and may be combined with other teachings (private voice, piano or theatre) should qualifications and student interest allow. Experience in teaching other areas of theatre arts, particularly acting are an asset.
Music and Play is a leading performing arts school in Calgary, serving families across the city from its studios in the west Calgary area.
