Join us Thursday, February 22, 2024 to learn about Spiralling Outwardly for Equity in Public Arts — a framework designed to assist public arts organizations develop equitable practices for employees and community members.
In this webinar, you’ll learn more about:
- Implementing programs and strategies that push equity forward in your community.
- Establishing methods for community members/artists to provide feedback regarding barriers they experience.
- Evaluating equity as a continual process.
This framework was developed by PhD student and Resident Researcher Shanice Bernicky in consultation with equity-seeking cultural workers. Shanice, in conversation with community consultant & educator Annalissa Crisostomo, will walk us through this tool, show us how to navigate it, and how to put it into action.
