Do you work well with people and love art? We want you! The Kiyooka Ohe Arts Centre is seeking volunteers for our 2019 Share the Dream Gala at Hotel Arts on September 20, 2019, between 6:00 and 11:30pm.
We have a variety of opportunities for numerous skill sets.
Gala Usher
Requirements: Friendly and good with people. Fun energy.
Check-In Table
Requirements: Have an understanding of working with an App to scan tickets and cross-referencing tickets with a checklist.
Registration Table
Requirements: Have administrative skills and can work with the auction registration leads.
Packing Room
Requirements: Experience handling art or items of value.
Raffle Ticket Sellers
Requirements: Experience handling cash. Friendly and good with people.
Each volunteer will have an opportunity to be off shift to enjoy the gala throughout the evening. Volunteers will be invited to the KOAC weeks after the gala for an appreciation gathering.
