Spirit of the Mile
The Music Mile Society of Calgary invites you to enter a new songwriting contest celebrating the spirit of Music Mile. The winning song will be professionally recorded and used to promote the Mile.
On Saturday, June 12, 2021, at 7:00pm, we invite everyone interested in songwriting to meet the jury for our contest. Meet all four jurists in an online conversation moderated by Chad Saunders, Director of Operations at NMC and volunteer at CJSW.
The jury is: Scott Morin, producer of three Juno winning albums; Joanna Borromeo, JUNO nominated artist; Stephanie Hutchinson, Vice-President Chronograph Records, President YYC Music Awards; Matt Blais, singer/songwriter, Songwriter-in-Residence, Calgary Public Library
